| Returns and Exchange Policy |

Here at Best UK Shopping we want you to be totally happy with both the products
and the service you receive from us. If you are not 100% satisfied with any goods
you have received. We guarantee to exchange the item or provide a refund on your
order.
We have a no hassle 14 day return policy, if you wish to return any items within
14 days you will be offered a full refund or exchange with no questions asked.
If you wish to return an item after 14 days then you will be offered store credit
only in exchange for your returned item. Please note: Christmas sets will only be entitled to Gift vouchers or store credit.The returns policy starts from the date
of dispatch of the first item on the order.
All returned items must be received undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with all the
labels still attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to
refuse a return if the items do not meet these criteria. Refused items will be
posted back to you and the additional postage will be charged.
Please Note. No Hosiery items returned will be accepted once removed from it's original packaging.
